It is generator driven which means that it does not need any power. Large grip-friendly footplates make the training harmonious and safe.

The crosstrainer has sturdy and stable pedals and handles as well as very stable joints with large ball bearings. The construction of the machine makes it suitable for environments with relatively low ceiling height.
